At the property, the tradition of producing olive oil and wine continues since Roman times. At the villa’s restaurant, special attention is given to the culinary offer that pair with premium wines and award winning olive oils, becoming a gastronomic delight to remember.
The rooms of the villa can be rented separately in which case the restaurant is open to the public as well as for the villa’s guests. The villa can also be exclusively rented as a whole property and in that case the restaurant will be at disposal only for the villa’s guests.

The area is an ideal place for jogging, bike tours, long walks, but also for lounging at the pool. Outside the estate we recommend biking and Nordic walking, or playing a round of golf on Brijuni islands. And for those looking for great excitement we know just the right places for extreme sports such as paragliding and hang gliding, rock climbing, running through hills and mountain-bike ride through demanding trails, cave exploration or parachute jumps.
In the entire coastal region of Istria the sea is very clean. The coastline is slightly rocky with flat rock surfaces and sandy bays. The seabed is ideal for diving. The whole peninsula is rich in forests, beaches and in its hinterland it offers shade beneath the ancient Mediterranean pines. The nearest beaches are in Barbariga only 1.5 km and in the camps Colone and San Polo, 2 km away. Some of the most beautiful beaches in Istria are Blue Lagoon (Porec - 45 km), Rt. Kamenjak (Premantura - 37 miles), and Red Island (Rovinj - 20 km + boat trip).
