ABOUT THE BRAC BEACH VILLA WITH POOL IN MIRCA IN DALMATIA
The Villa is situated on a beach in the centre of Mirca village on Brac Island. Mirca is a small Dalmatian village located approx. 3 km west of Supetar – the main harbour on Brac Island. The tranquillity of the place and the nature makes Mirca an interesting destination for families or visitors who want to feel the authentic atmosphere of a typical, small Mediterranean village. This four star villa is semi-detached, while the neighbouring house hosts the reception and office of the villa manager. Due to the location, the villa manager can be at your disposal for any queries on spot.
FEATURES
This beautiful beach villa has 6+1 bedrooms and therefore can accommodate 12 – 16 persons. Four rooms are located on the sea side of the villa and offer beautiful views of the Adria. There are a total of 6 bathrooms (4 with bath and 2 with showers) and an additional toilet. The open space ground floor includes a living and dining room, laundry, kitchen (equipped with: dish washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, water cooker, blender), a small gym with workout devices , as well as a pool table room for fun. The terrace and swimming pool (28 m2) are located only a few meters from the sea. An outdoor dining area can be found in the shade of oleander trees on the sea side terrace. Deck chairs are available around the swimming pool area. The back yard features another roofed patio and BBQ. A parking lot offers space for up to 3-4 cars.
EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES
The following equipment and services are at disposal to the guests of the villa: TV, DVD & Hi-fi system in the living room, wireless internet, safe, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and heating, washing machine, iron, BBQ, daily cleaning and towels change, linen change 2 times a week. Telephone and wine from the minibar are charged on consumption basis (not included in the rental). Services which can be organized at an additional fee are: chef service, massage in the villa, excursions, transfers, sport activities, babysitting, etc.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations in summer season (June-September) are possible for a minimum of 7 nights, with arrivals/departures on Saturdays. Outside of the summer season, reservations are possible for a minimum of 3 nights stay. Arrivals/departures on other days except Saturdays might be possible on request basis. A security deposit for any possible damages will be required upon arrival.
