The villa is surrounded with untouched nature, apart from its own large garden and sundeck, shaded private parking for 8 cars and parking space for 20 more. Located on the quite street, away from the main road with no neighbor houses surrounding it, the location gives real meaning to the words private holiday. It provides a private swimming pool, where one can find refreshment in the warm summer days.
The house itself is divided in several parts:
Ground floor has a big lobby area with a TV room and a fire place, to relax and for guests that arrive to feel the home atmosphere right from the first step. Stretching further is a kitchen / dining room space providing the guests with everything a home needs. Ground floor provides also sleeping space for supporting staff such as maid, housekeeper, cook etc. Ground floor bedrooms are for usage of service staff, and are in no contact with guests, and have a separate entrance. There is also large terrace (36m2) with dining table for 12, and extra tables and chairs if needed.
First floor has two duplex apartments each with its own outside staircase entry. Each apartment is approx. 150m2 large and divided in two levels. First level is a master bedroom with king bed, second bedroom with two single beds best suitable for children, a master bathroom with shower and toilet, and another separate toilet room. Large living room with fully functional kitchen, dining table for six and a large balcony with sitting garden furniture, one for each apartment, with a stunning sea view. Going to the upper level, through a spiral staircase, one enters to an area of two very large bedrooms both with king bed, a second bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Each apartment is equipped with TV, DVD, Microwave, AC and Coffee machine. Every double bedroom also has its own TV.
There is a large stone BBQ in the garden, open for private use or to prepare a meal by caretaker, and a 5 meter fiberglass boat which can be rented (license required), or to organize a trip with a skipper.
