Holiday house in Stari Grad on Hvar Island
The house has been recently restored, harmoniously combining the modern comfort with its traditional look. It is a two storey house overlooking the Stari Grad harbor, spacious enough to provide comfortable accommodation for up to 8 adults + 2 children in 4 bedrooms.
The villa is conveniently located just minutes from the town center, where you can enjoy a drink in one of the numerous café bars or restaurants. At the same time if you prefer a quiet and private atmosphere, you can stay at the villa and sit back in the villa’s garden or the orchard located in front of the house.
The upper floor includes; a kitchen, a lounge with a double room, a twin room and a large family-sized bathroom with bath and shower.
The lower floor includes; two bedrooms (one bedroom is en suite with its own outside entrance) and bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large living area. The upper floor can be reached with internal stairs but it can also be reached separately by outside stairs.

Bedroom 1 with double bed.
Bedroom 2 with double bed.
Bedroom 3 with double bed.
Bedroom 4 with twin bed (2 x large single beds)
Also child bed is available.
Bathrooms:
2 with bath and shower (one with separate bath and shower, one with combined)

Kitchen equipment:
Table seating for 10 persons, cooker, stove, refrigerator, dish washing machine, freezer, washing machine and microwave.
Living Rooms equipment:
Upstairs lounge has TV, lounge and two easy chairs. Downstairs living room has a table seating for 6 persons, two sofas, and a kitchen area.

Upstairs terrace, downstairs patio area, a large orchard with pomegranate and other trees, side garden, barbecue, iron, air conditioning, cot, Internet Access, Satellite, Telephone, TV.
