This property is a charming Dalmatian stone house built in 2007 in a traditional style. The terrace in front of the house offers beautiful sea views, views on the coastline between Split & Makarska cities, as well as the Mosor and Biokovo mountains. The terrace is 110 m2 large featuring a 24 m2 pool which is open from June to September.
The stone house has: 2 bedrooms, a kitchen / dining room area and a bathroom with shower unit. In the back yard there is a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue, a table with 6 chairs, a sink and an outdoor shower with hot water. The power is supplied by solar energy and generator.
The ground is 20,000m2 wide and surrounded by stone balustrade. The surrounding is typical Mediterranean providing diverse fauna such as; 200 olive trees (most of them are 500 years old) fig trees, sweet brier trees and bear-berry trees.
Lovrecina, the most popular beach from the north side of Brač Island, is 800 m distant. It is a large sandy beach, suitable for children, with a restaurant and a café bar. In Lovrecina you can visit the ruins of the church from the 6th century.
The nearest village is Postira, 3 km away from the property.
