The exquisite beach villa is located in a beautiful secluded bay 1 km from Supetar city center on the island Brač.
The property is placed on a ranch of 2000 m2 with olive groves, vineyards, organically grown fruits and vegetables, Mediterranean plants and herbs. The villa is actually a traditional Dalmatian stone house by the Adriatic Sea, near the olive roads, walkways and trails for recreation by the sea and the pine forest. The peace and quiet is interrupted only by the sound of the sea, birds and crickets. You will be enchanted by the scents of the sea, pine trees and Mediterranean plants.
The villa is a two-storey house and all the rooms are on the same floor. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room and terrace of 50 m2. The garden has a Jacuzzi of 4.5 m2, a small playground, swing and lounge chairs.
