This 18th century stone villa is perched above the entrance of Dubrovnik old city (Pile Gate) with perfectly groomed gardens, outdoor entertaining area with barbecue and a Jacuzzi. The five star villa is made of thick stone walls, while the inside is decorated with original Croatian antique furniture providing a warm atmosphere reminding one of times passed by.
This remarkable villa features breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea, as well as views towards the Dubrovnik old city walls.
Interior
Ground floor features: a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, over a 100 years old secession dining room made for the Emperor Frantz Joseph’s court lady in Vienna, living room and a study.
First floor features one Executive and One Senior suite:
The Executive suite is a luxury apartment with a unique combination of Louis XVI orange bedroom elements with neo- baroque and Biedermeier authentic items. Linens of the best quality were brought from the US as well as handmade carpets, towels and robes. Antique illumination and mirrors provide a noble experience ready for you to take pleasure in.
The Senior suite is a hundred year old Louis XIV cherry bedroom with 54 m² size where one can also enjoy a lounge area and a spacious bathroom. This suite also features antique cherry wood, golden leafed bedroom, original local artist’s paintings and small reading area.
The top floor features a De Luxe suite:
This apartment is spacious with beautiful views of Dubrovnik ancient city and the Adriatic Sea. It is decorated in Italian style with Persian antique carpets and has a separate dressing room. The bathroom is very spacious with big round bathtub.
Exterior
The 400m2 sized Mediterranean garden spreads over 3 levels surrounding the luxury villa. Scents of orange, lemon, lavender and rosemary will relax your mind while the 6 person Jacuzzi will rejuvenate your body.
A fully equipped outdoor kitchen can also be found on one of the terraces, as well as 3 handmade stone dining tables for a total of 20 persons.
Additional notes:
- If you are gastronomic fan, upon request a chef with 15 years of experience will cook for you every day and with whom you will be able to try out all ancient Croatian culinary recipes.
- Minimum stay in the period 01.06. - 31.10. is 3 nights
- Check-in after 03:00 PM
- Check-out before 12:00 PM
- 500 € security deposit is required on check in. This deposit will be used to cover any possible damages to inventory or property of the villa. If the deposit is not used it will be refunded at checkout.

This luxurious stone villa is located about 100m above the western entrance to the Dubrovnik old city called Pile Gate, making it one of the most centrally located luxurious properties in Dubrovnik area. Being so close to the old city Dubrovnik implies an easy access to all major historical sites, various restaurants, numerous café bars, night clubs, etc.
