The villa has a size of 334 m2, composed of 2 floors.
The ground floor provides a spacious living room, lounge area and dining room of 84m2 size, SAT TV/LCD TV, easy access to a sea view terrace including sitting furniture and deck chairs (90m2). An open kitchen equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher can also be found on the ground floor. Additionally, there is also a separate toilet, storage room with washing machine and a terrace with beautiful sea view (4m2, glass).
The floor below has a 24m2 half-sheltered pool, a sauna and a 40m2pool terrace.
The first floor has 2 double bedded rooms and 1 twin bedded room - all with SAT TV/LCD TV, french balcony and a shower/toilet.
The guests have at their disposal also a covered parking for 2 cars.
This spacious and luxury villa has been available since 2012 and therefore has all the comfort equippment needed to ensure a relaxing holiday; air-condition, entrance door code, WiFi internet, video intercom, etc.

The resort is located in the vicinity of Primošten, a beautiful picturesque Mediterranean town which has received various awards for being the most beautiful and most beautifully landscaped destination in Dalmatia. The Split airport is distanced 25km from Primošten. In the region, one can find 2 national parks; Krka and Kornati.
