The villa has a size of 320 m2, composed of 3 floors.
The ground floor provides a living room, lounge area and dining room, SAT TV/LCD TV, easy access to a sea view terrace including sitting furniture (35m2). An open kitchen equipped with cooker, oven, microwawe, freezer, dishwasher can also be found on the ground floor. Additionally, there is also a separate toilet, storage room and a 15m2 terrace with sea view.
The floor below has a 16m2 indoor pool, a sauna with shower and a 35m2 sea view terrace with deck chairs.
The first floor includes 1 double bedded room with access to a 4m2 sea view lodge, 1 double bedroom with access to a 3m2 lodge & french balcony and 1 twin bedded room with access to the same 3m2 sea view lodge & french balcony.
All bedrooms have SAT TV/LCD TV and a shower/toilet.
The guests have at their disposal also a covered parking for 2 cars.
This spacious and luxury villa has been available since 2012 and therefore has all the comfort equipment needed to ensure a relaxing holiday; air-condition, entrance door code, WiFi internet, video intercom, etc.

The resort is located in the vicinity of Primošten, a beautiful picturesque Mediterranean town which has received various awards for being the most beautiful and most beautifully landscaped destination in Dalmatia. The Split airport is distanced 25km from Primošten. In the region, one can find 2 national parks; Krka and Kornati.
