Luxury residence villa on Lopud Island in Dubrovnik
A private staircase leads to a beautiful stone villa renovated in 2012, which found its place nestled on the peaceful Island of Lopud, surrounded y stone walls. High quality natural materials have been used to keep the former glory of the residence, like stone and wood, marble floors both in bedrooms and living rooms and ceramic tiles in bathrooms.
Interior
The peacefulness is ensured through the stone wall, double-glazing and solar window screens (air conditioning / heating units in each room). In addition to the 164m2 interior stretching on two floors, guests can enjoy and relax on 110m2 of terrace and a beautiful garden area of 500m2 size.
The ground floor includes a 45m2 lounge featuring a fireplace, a dining room with vaulted ceiling, a 35m2 fully equipped kitchen, a contemporary-designed dining table, the master bedroom and another double room. A food lift connects the kitchen to the above terrace. A guest bathroom completes the ground floor hall, also equipped with satellite TV and DVD player.
A design staircase connects the ground floor and first floor.
The first floor provides a reading area from which one can access the 2 bedrooms and an outside terrace. It is also equipped with single, double and convertible sofa bed, with authentic, beautiful and wide windows overlooking the sea.

In the garden there are two large terraces, just perfect to enjoy a tasteful meal, or a cold drink while relaxing on the sofa soaking up the sun. A green roof, built on the rock, is directly accessible from the terrace.

Location
Island of Lopud, a butterfly shaped island in the Elaphite archipelago, located a 30 minute boat ride from Dubrovnik is one of those places on earth which give real meaning to a restful vacation. As no cars are allowed on the island, the pace of living is rather slower than on the mainland.
The little harbor connects Lopud to Dubrovnik, as well as the nearby islands Šipan and Koločep, by a regular ferry. Small shops, cozy sea view restaurants, café bars can all be found within easy walking distance. One of the best known sandy beached- Šunj, is located on Lopud Island. For all romantics, this is the place you want to be with your loved one!
