This stylish villa consists of a lower ground floor, first and second floors.
The ground floor is a stylish double room with bathroom which can be rented in case additional space is required.
The first floor consists of 1 apartment while the second floor has 2 apartments.
The first floor apartment has a 110 m2 size with sea view terrace and balcony. It provides a fully equipped kitchen, a beautifully designed dining room and living room, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 elegant double rooms and a 1 twin room.
The second floor apartments each have 65m2 spaces and balconies 17-24 m2. The balconies have beautiful sea views, perfect for having a morning coffee or a sunset drink. The apartments are equipped with a kitchen, dining area and living room, a modern bathroom with shower, a comfortable double room and a gallery with twin beds.
All units have a view of the bay and the swimming pool with garden.
