The Villa is made of Istrian stone from the exterior, with a combination of natural materials in the interior, which gives the house the atmosphere of an idyllic and comfortable home. Each detail was carefully thought out in order to provide you with satisfaction and the comfort while staying at our villa.
This old property is newly renovated into comfortable house with four bedrooms. The ground floor has a spacious living room, kitchen with dining area, toilet and two double bedrooms that both have on-suite bathrooms. On the first floor are the two twin bedrooms with common bathroom.
Next to the house there is a small tavern with a billiards and fireplace. All amenities you can find in walking distance from the house

The village of St Nedjelja is situated in the eastern part of Istria. The surrouding countryside is rich in woodland vegetation. The place is great for those who enjoy the natural beauties. Učka mountain is 33 km far from Nedešćina and the nearest seaside resort Rabac 12 km. If you long for adventure, the nearby places offer a variety of sports activities like scubadiving, tennis, wind surfing etc. Moreover, you will find many walking paths and bike paths which will allow you to completely give yourself up to nature.
