The fine dining restaurant has a limited number of seats and a private dining area. Its traditional decor adds to the wine cellar atmosphere, with contemporary art details complimenting the sense of understated luxury.
Chef
Tomislav Gretic presides over the kitchen of both the Wine Vault and Restaurant Mediterraneo. With international experience that has taken him from Sheraton Zagreb to Dubai, Zurich and Dubrovnik, Tomislav’s passion for French cuisine and direct and uncompromising style is reflected in his attention to detail and creation of original dishes
To guarantee freshness, Tomislav uses local and seasonal ingredients whenever possible.
